Description

MOTOR:: 1.5 kw standard, 415v, 3ph, 50hz, cabinet enclosed, foot mounted, grease pre-packed ball bearings.

Optional: 2.2 and 3.0 kw

BLADE TENSIONER:
Fully automatic with blade tension maintained at all times
Automatic blade tension lever mounted below left of table
Broad blade length adjustment not required
Entire motor and transmission and lower pulley assembly is slide tension mounted

BLADE GUIDES AND CLEANERS:
Top and bottom guides are interchangeable
Blade guide is tin plated steel with built in tungsten carbide blade back up
Top and bottom guides are removable for cleaning
Guides and blade cleaners are easily removed with the use of a small ring spanner

WHEELS:
Light weight aluminum wheels – corrosion resistant
Top wheel easily removed for cleaning,
Dynamically balanced for vibration free operation
Automatic blade tensioning ensures true running of the blade at all times
Top wheel safety lock minimises likelihood of wheel becoming dislodged from its supports in case of blade breakage

STATIONARY CUTTING TABLE:
One piece 825mm x 865mm heavy duty 2.5mm stainless steel
Turned down edges for rigidity, fully supported for heavy duty use
Easy cleaning one-piece table, heavy-duty nylon table insert promotes longer blade life

MOVABLE CUTTING TABLE:
Movable cutting table attachment available as option
Easily removed for cleaning leaving large stationary table for break down

GAUGE PLATE:
Large 406 x 152mm gauge plate mounted on full stainless steel assembly
Easy adjustment ensures uniform thickness of cut
Easily removed for breakdown work and cleaning

CONSTRUCTION:
Full stainless steel, smooth grain finish
Removable stainless steel top and bottom doors
Stainless steel back cover

SAFETY FEATURES:
Upper and lower pulleys (wheels) are completely enclosed but readily accessible
Blade is guarded above and below the cutting zone,
Wrap around top blade guard
Fail to safe door interlocks to Australian standard AS4024.1 ensure the machine will not operate with the doors in the open position
Machine ceases operation within approximately 7 seconds of power being turned off
Waist high, front of table mounted, start and stop buttons
Plus latch in, twist to release, emergency stop switch (in emergency operator can lean against the machine to cease operation. Button must be manually released to re-start machine
24 volt switching control
Adjustable polyurethane feet for maximum stability
