The PPN Vegetable Peeler is ideal for potatoes, carrots or any other hard root vegetables. A stainless steel structure with an upper cover made of strong polycarbonate that is fitted with a safety microswitch. A programmable 4 minute timer with an automatic jet of water to remove peel and dirt makes this an excellent addition to any commercial kitchen.
